If your online order is over $55 (including GST) we will ship your order free of charge to an Australian postal address.
For all other domestic orders a $15.00 shipping fee will apply.
- Your order will be delivered using Australia Post eParcel service.
- Products are shipped between Monday and Friday.
Your order will be delivered to your address and require a signature upon receipt. Please be sure to add all Unit/Flat and Business names as appropriate for your order. If no one will be home during business hours, we suggest that you provide a work address for delivery, as Australia Post will not leave parcels unattended. A delivery card will be left listing which nearby Australia Post outlet the parcel can be collected in person if you are not home at the time of delivery.
Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS days for order PROCESSING before dispatch of your order.
Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post working hours and vary depending on where you live.
As a guide, average DELIVERY times are listed below for each state:
- New South Wales – 3 business days
- Victoria, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia & Queensland – 5 business days
- Western Australia & Northern Territory – 7 business Days
It is important to note that orders can only be dispatched Monday to Friday.
You will receive an email with an Australia Post Tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track the journey of your order via the Track and Trace website http://auspost.com.au/track/ by entering your tracking number.
If your online order is over AUD$600 (including GST) we will ship your order free of charge to an overseas postal address.
- Are sent by registered post with Australia Post, or other international couriers with tracking information.
- For all international orders the freight charge is calculated with Australia Post based on weight.
- It can take 10-16 business days to receive your order
You will receive an email with an Australia Post or other international couriers tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track the journey of your order via the link in the email by entering your tracking number.
We don’t accept any product return of the International orders.
